Site Coordinator

## The Opportunity Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Coordinator to provide site coordination and operational support between project teams, operational leaders, client representatives where required, and the Support Services Hub. This role will act as a key liaison, helping operational teams access centralised support services, ensuring site information and documentation is accurate before submission, and coordinating requests through the appropriate Hub service channels. ## The role and what we are looking for We are looking for someone with experience working in operational environments such as construction, utilities, engineering, or project delivery, with a strong ability to support site-based teams through coordination and administrative support activities. ## Key responsibilities - Acting as the primary on-site liaison between operational teams, clients where applicable, and the Support Services Hub - Supporting timesheet and workforce coordination, including roster updates, leave coordination, workforce movements, and follow-up on payroll deadlines - Validating site documentation, delivery records, goods receipts, and project documentation prior to submission to the Support Services Hub - Coordinating workforce mobilisation and onboarding requirements, including site access, inductions, PPE readiness, permits, training, competencies, medicals, and certifications - Providing documentation and site confirmations to support billing, claims, and project administration requirements - Supporting consistent use of ServiceNow and Hub workflows, including redirecting informal or ad-hoc requests into the appropriate channels. - Experience using MyPass, TimeLink/CRU Rostering, WebTime, Kornos & JDE ## What we offer - Flexible working environment - Opportunity for career growth with structured frameworks and supportive-inclusive team - Competitive Salary and Employee Benefits - Valued and respected position, with supportive and experienced team - Work for a major ASX-listed company ## About Energy & Utilities Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team, providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure.
