About this role
We're looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be a strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail, confident problem-solver with a proactive approach, ability to work independently and within a team. Own tools are beneficial but not essential. Full UK driving license required.
What you'll do
Perform reactive and planned repairs across the full site. Carry out general building, plumbing, and joinery tasks. Ensure all work meet health and safety guidelines and site compliance standards. Collaborate with Site Manager, contractors and suppliers. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Work independently and as part of a wider facilities team.
What you need
Previous experience in building, plumbing, joinery, or a similar trade.
