Site Manager – Freelance
Brighton, East Sussex
£30m Remediation Project | 2-Year Contract |
We are currently seeking an experienced and degree-qualified Site Manager to join a major £30 million remediation project based in Brighton, East Sussex. This is a long-term freelance opportunity offering a 2-year contract with weekly pay, working alongside an established site team on a high-profile scheme.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working under the guidance of the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of both internal and external packages across this complex remediation project.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualified ideally in Construction Management or related discipline
- Proven career history working with Tier 1 Contractors
- Strong experience managing both internal and external packages
- Facade experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience working within live environments and dealing with residents is desirable
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site logistics
- IT proficient, including experience using digital snagging platforms such as Fieldview
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Essential Certifications:
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
