Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. Our vision is simple: to provide the best possible training experience for our Armed Forces.What You’ll DoLooking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purposeHandover and take back site facilities from facility usersCleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuumingWork in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environmentOperation and maintenance of plant equipment to include Fork lift (training will be provided)General building and Grounds maintenanceStock management tasksComplete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systemsCarry out any other additional requirements as neededWhat We’re Looking ForGeneral housekeeping and caretaking knowledge Knowledge of Health and Safety proceduresExcellent communication skillsAbility to complete documentationBasic IT skills with ability to use a tabletHold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this siteFork lift licence would be advantageous but training will be givenWhat You’ll GetAt Landmarc, we don’t just offer a job, we offer a package that supports your wellbeing, your family and your future.
