Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Site Quality Engineer - Senior to join our team in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will drive quality excellence across manufacturing operations by leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect prevention, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in automotive or similarly regulated environments and is highly skilled in quality systems, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP, FMEA, SPC, capability studies, and structured problem-solving methodologies. You will leverage data-driven decision-making, statistical analysis, measurement science, and quality management principles to improve product and process performance while ensuring compliance with IATF and customer-specific requirements.

As a trusted quality leader and technical resource, you will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to support product launches, change management activities, customer issue resolution, and audit readiness. Success in this role requires strong project management capabilities, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a passion for developing sustainable quality improvements through lean manufacturing, industry-proven quality tools, and emerging Quality 4.0 technologies.
