- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability, including responsibility for production operations and incident response.
- Practical experience applying AI tools or agents to engineering workflows, with the ability to validate outputs and turn useful approaches into repeatable team practices.
- Strong technical judgment, ownership, and communication skills, with the ability to develop engineers and drive cross-team delivery.
- Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.

We are looking for a hands-on SRE Leader with a strong software engineering background to build and lead PatSnap’s Singapore SRE team.
