About this role
The Site Supervisor (Automation) will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing automation projects at client sites. The role involves ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality and safety standards, and smooth communication between the client, project team, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to automation installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper installation of automation systems including controllers, sensors, lighting, HVAC, and other integrated devices.
- Conduct routine inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available at site as per project schedule.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and assist in commissioning of automation systems..
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of automation systems (Home/Building Automation, BMS, Lighting Controls, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Hands-on experience in installation, programming and Troubleshooting of KNX Automation System
- Hands-on experience on Wireless Automation System.
