- Provide detailed information regarding structural, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Gather data on roof condition, shading, and other factors that may affect solar system performance.
- Safely perform drone operations in residential areas that are FAA approved for flight.
- Take precise measurements and document site-specific information.
- Interact with homeowners and business owners to explain the solar and HVAC installation process and answer questions.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures, including OSHA requirements.

Team Sunshine Construction is a leader in solar and renewable energy solutions, committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy systems for homes and businesses. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Survey Technician to join our team.
Position Summary:
This is a full-time position with weekend availability based out of our warehouse in Hudson, MA. The Site Survey Technician will travel throughout New England to support our solar installation projects by conducting accurate site and HVAC assessments during the pre-installation process.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in gathering all necessary information for solar and HVAC system design and installation, as well as identifying and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure seamless project execution. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and long drives.
Qualifications
- Previous solar experience is a plus.
