What you'll do
- Be able to understand and work within company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist team with the shovel work, pipework, framing, finish work, formwork, concrete work, cleanup, and any miscellaneous labor needs.
- Operate heavy equipment vehicles such as forklifts, mini excavators, excavators, skid steer, and track hoes as needed.
- Frequently use various hand and power tools used in commercial construction such as air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and various other equipment and instruments.
- Perform strenuous physical activities for long periods, under varying and adverse field conditions.
- Lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs., stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above the shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.

This position must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs., stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above the shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull. May be required to work at elevated heights.
