Job Summary**

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled laborer to perform various construction tasks, assist craft workers, and maintain a safe and productive work environment on projects in Sherman, TX.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform physically demanding tasks including digging trenches, lifting heavy materials, and operating hand and power tools under supervision.
* Assist electricians, pipefitters, welders, and other skilled craft workers with their duties, including carrying tools and materials, preparing work areas, and cleaning up debris.
* Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
* Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and other hazardous materials.
* Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades.
* Operate and maintain a variety of small construction equipment, such as air compressors, generators, and concrete mixers.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.

Job Qualifications**

* Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, including extreme temperatures and dusty conditions.
* Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Sherman, TX.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
