Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. At Kimberly-Clark, it’s all here for you—innovation, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.

You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

In this Associate Brand Manager role, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the Kimberly-Clark Professional North America skincare portfolio, helping bring products and solutions to market that serve customers across a wide range of B2B workplace and commercial environments.

In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles, support commercialization initiatives, enable sales success, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio that includes soaps, sanitizers, lotions, hair and body wash products, air care solutions, and dispensing systems. You'll combine strong business acumen, project leadership, and analytical thinking to help deliver innovation, optimize portfolio performance, and support key category and brand objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative and results-oriented marketer who enjoys working across functions, influencing without direct authority, and turning strategy into execution within a dynamic and growing business.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain sales tools, product information assets, and materials that support portfolio positioning and customer-facing execution.

  • Identify growth opportunities and unmet chooser and user needs using internal and external insights, market trends, competitive assessment, and customer feedback to inform portfolio and innovation priorities.

  • Support assigned portfolio lifecycle activities, including commercialization execution, renovations, claims and quality management, ongoing performance monitoring, and recommendations for portfolio enhancement.

  • Drive assigned innovation projects through the Innovation Management Framework (IMF) process from concept through North America commercialization, ensuring on-time and on-quality execution.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Customer Experience, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Planning, and Product Supply to align product attributes, usage profiles, value propositions, claims, forecasts, inventory, and service objectives.

  • Maintain complete and accurate product information, claims, regulatory documentation, commercial specifications, forecasting inputs, and supporting tools across relevant business systems.

  • Evaluate commercialization and process-improvement outcomes, including effectiveness and return on investment, and apply data-driven learnings to improve future execution.

  • Implement standard work and lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify portfolio management, improve service and execution effectiveness, reduce cycle time, and free capacity for higher-value work.

  • Contribute to departmental projects and broader category and brand initiatives. Share learnings and insights to strengthen product management and sales enablement effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of experience in brand/category management, marketing, sales, product management, project management, or another business-related role.

  • Experience working across functions to execute product, commercialization, portfolio, or business initiatives.

  • Demonstrated analytical, communication, presentation, project management, and influence skills.

  • Ability to translate business objectives into action plans, maintain execution discipline, and apply data-driven learning.

  • Working knowledge of business and commercial principles, financial analysis, portfolio management, integrated business planning, customer value creation, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree.

  • Experience in a B2B environment, with sales or commercial experience preferred.

  • Experience with regulated products, including OTC, cosmetic, healthcare, or related categories.
