Location: Harrods Knightsbridge

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/weekly, any 5 in 7 days

Your role @CHANEL:

As a Skincare Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the skincare category through personalised consultations, storytelling, and service-led experiences that connect clients deeply with our brand. Whilst you will be a passionate champion for skincare, your role also contributes to the overall success of the counter through the promotion of makeup and fragrance.

You will lead by example in delivering a best-in-class client experience, support business growth through innovative events, and act as a mentor and ambassador to colleagues.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

• Build long lasting client relationships through a tailored, memorable experience both in-store and through digital channels
• Deliver expert personalised skincare consultations that captivate and educate clients
• Share product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques with confidence to clients and colleagues
• Host in-store events to elevate skincare category
• Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs
