Role Summary
Infozech is seeking an experienced Tower & Telecom Domain SME to work onsite at a customer location as a Program / Account Manager. The role combines domain expertise, delivery ownership, and customer relationship management to ensure successful program execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end program delivery for assigned customer account(s)
· Act as primary SPOC for the customer on delivery, planning, and escalations
· Manage governance, reviews, risks, and SLAs
· Provide tower/telco domain expertise across tenancy, lease, O&M, billing, and reconciliation
· Translate business needs into functional requirements for Infozech solutions
· Coordinate with internal product, engineering, QA, and support teams
· Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
· Identify opportunities for account growth and solution expansion
Required Skills & Experience
· 10–15 years experience in Tower / Telecom domain
· Strong understanding of tower lifecycle and telecom operations
· Experience in Program / Account Management roles
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
· Ability to work independently at customer location
· Exposure to OSS/BSS or tower management systems preferred
Qualifications
· Engineering / Management degree preferred
· Prior experience as SME, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or Account Manager
