The project:

This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing direction, coaching and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support successful portfolio delivery and strategic outcomes.
• Oversee due diligence activities, applying market and organisational insight to inform decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, performance enhancement and commercial value creation.
• Develop and implement portfolio plans, ensuring effective delivery of objectives, KPIs and business priorities.
• Promote sustainable outcomes, supporting Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through responsible project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 20-25 years experience. 

Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.

Full construction delivery data centre experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.

Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.

Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
