［業務内容］ Responsibilities

MCU向けRTOS・Middleware S/W開発業務

• リリースおよびデリバリー計画、チケット追跡、構成管理を監督する
• プロジェクトのスケジュール、コスト、リソースを管理し、開発管理計画（DCP）策定のための要件収集をサポートする
• 問題解決、プロジェクト監視、リスク管理活動を主導する
• プロジェクトの標準化を推進し、確立されたプロセスフレームワークの遵守を確保する
• SoCソフトウェア開発プログラム全体にわたる戦略計画と運用調整を促進する
• 品質、コスト、納期（QCD）目標の逸脱を防止するため、リスクを特定し、軽減する
• マーケティング、営業、プロジェクト管理チーム間の効果的な連携を実現する
• Oversee release and delivery planning, ticket tracking, and configuration management.
• Manage project schedules, cost and resources and support requirement gathering for Development Control Plan preparation.
• Lead issue resolution, project monitoring, and risk management activities.
• Drive project standardization and ensure adherence to established process frameworks.
• Facilitate strategic planning and operational coordination across SoC software development programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent deviations in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.
• Coordinate effectively between marketing, sales, and project management teams.

［勤務地］ Work Location 東京都小平市　Kodaira, Tokyo

• 出社頻度：週3回の出社必須 Required to come to the office 3 times a week

［応募条件］Requirements

■必須要件■ Must Have

• ソフトウェアプロジェクトマネジメントの経験が5年以上あり、組み込みシステムまたはSoC開発の経験が望ましい
• 優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力を有し、グローバルなチームと連携して業務を遂行できること
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in embedded systems or SoC development with prior enough development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams.

■尚可要件■ Good to Have

• ワークフローとドキュメント管理のためのJiraやConfluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• CI/CD、テスト駆動開発手法に関する知識
• 自動車ソフトウェア開発の経験
• ハードウェアボード開発サイクルに関する知識



• Experience in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
• Knowledge in CI/CD, and test-driven development methodologies.
• Experience in automotive software development
• Familiarity with hardware board development cycles
