OGB - SOCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER 

 

Overview 

We are looking for a Social Account Manager to join our growing social team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role on a new and prestigious account in the luxury alcohol space, helping deliver best-in-class social content and campaigns for one of the world's most iconic luxury brands. 

 

Working closely with strategy, creative, production and client teams, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of social workstreams, ensuring projects run smoothly, content meets the highest standards, and clients feel supported at every stage. 

 

We're looking for someone who combines a deep understanding of social media with excellent account management skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating work that resonates with audiences and drives results. 

 

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running quickly. We're looking for an individual with strong agency experience who is comfortable building client relationships quickly and managing complex social workstreams. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Client Management & Leadership

  • Monitor platform developments, emerging trends and cultural moments. 

  • Help identify opportunities to optimise content performance and audience engagement.

Social Expertise 

  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. 

  • Strong understanding of social content, community engagement and platform best practices. 

  • Passion for social media, culture, trends and emerging digital behaviours. 

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong grasp of executional detail. 

 

Organisation & Delivery 

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines effectively.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong client relationship management capabilities.

Experience 

 

We're open to Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level candidates. 

 

You will likely have:
