Job Description (JD):
1. Academic Responsibilities:
Teach Social Studies and Business Studies as per Cambridge curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education guidelines.
Conduct engaging classroom sessions using case studies and real-world examples.
Prepare students for IGCSE / Checkpoint examinations.
Design worksheets, assessments, and projects.
Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.
2. Student Development:
Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills.
Support students in research-based learning and presentations.
Guide students in business case study analysis.
3. Administrative Duties:
Maintain academic records and student performance data.
Attend PTMs and staff meetings.
Coordinate with subject HOD and academic heads.
Support school events, exhibitions, and club activities.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in curriculum planning and academic review meetings.
Take up additional duties assigned by the Principal/Management.
Ensure discipline and classroom management.
