Our client, a well-established provider of residential care services for children and young people, is seeking an experienced Social Care Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support and develop a team of Social Care Leaders and Social Care Workers.
