Role: Social Care Practitioner
Location: Co. Clare
Salary: Up to €55,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the healthcare sector to search for a Social Care Practitioner in Co. Clare.
This role is responsible for supporting the social care needs of residents within a residential setting, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and development. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

The Salary & Benefit:
- Salary per annum: Negotiable (up to €55,000)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:30pm
- Reporting directly to the Centre Manager
