They work in partnership with individuals with disabilities, their families, and other professionals to promote dignity, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Their teams are compassionate, committed, and guided by core values such as respect, integrity, and person‑centred care. Your work matters — and so do you.

Why join the team?

  • As a Social Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact in someone’s life.
  • You will be part of a supportive team where your voice is valued, your wellbeing is prioritised, and your professional development is actively encouraged.
  • You’ll be supported in developing your skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships, and contributing to positive outcomes for the people we support.
  • If you are passionate, reliable, and looking for a meaningful career, this could be the right place for you.

Your role

  • Provide person‑centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and developing independent living skills.
  • Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with national guidance.
  • Support service users with personal care, communication needs, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and ongoing quality improvements.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a respectful, team‑focused environment.

What you’ll need

  • Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU‑approved discipline.
  • CORU Registration (or evidence of application) — mandatory as per Social Care Workers Registration Board.
  • Pathways accepted include:
  • Recognised qualification route, or
  • Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
  • Full, clean driving licence with minimum two years’ driving experience.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.

What's on offer

  • A positive, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
  • Ongoing training and professional development supported by an internal proficiency model.
  • Reflective supervision and professional guidance.
  • Opportunities for career progression within the organisation.
  • Wellbeing supports and access to structured learning programmes.
  • Be Part of Something Meaningful

If you’re passionate about supporting others, committed to professional excellence, and ready to contribute to a values‑driven service — we’d love to hear from you.
