About this role

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person role on the marketing team of an AI-native immigration law platform, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll own the brand's social media presence end to end — turning expert legal content into visually polished, engaging stories that educate and grow an audience across every major channel.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and emerging channels.

  • Build and maintain a content calendar that balances timely immigration news with evergreen educational content.

  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and repeatable visual templates that make complex legal topics clear and shareable.

  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so every published asset looks and feels consistent.

  • Film, present on camera, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) with strong pacing, captions, and hooks.

  • Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on what's working.

  • Represent the brand at industry and community events in person.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–7 years of experience managing and growing social media channels for a brand, ideally at an early-stage startup.

  • A strong design eye with a portfolio demonstrating premium, editorial-quality social content.

  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one design tool such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.

  • Comfort and confidence on camera, plus solid video editing skills for short-form content.

  • Excellent written communication skills — able to translate dense legal or regulated topics into clear, engaging posts.

  • Self-starter who can own a channel strategy end to end with minimal oversight.

  • Experience or genuine interest in immigration, international mobility, or regulated/trust-heavy service categories is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, CA, United States. Strong preference for in-person presence at the San Francisco office.
