- On-Set Operator: Support and run London-based shoots, capturing strong content efficiently, working with senior talent, and spotting opportunities in the moment.
- Reactive Content Builder: Move quickly from idea to publish, turning around timely, relevant content within 24-48 hours without compromising quality.
- Organisation & Workflow Owner: Keep content pipelines running smoothly by managing assets, versions, and approvals so nothing slips and everything is easy to find.
- Creative Collaborator: Work with the Social Media Manager to evolve formats, test new ideas, and improve performance across our core content series.

🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Coordinator to help create high-quality content across ZOE’s Organic Social channels.
This is a craft-focused role for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into value-led content through filming, editing, writing, and publishing work that is clear, credible, and educational to our audience of 3 million.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager to keep our channels consistent, reactive, and improving, with a strong focus on short-form video and storytelling.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creator: Filming, editing, and publishing a high weekly volume of short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
