Social Media & Events Specialist - Hi Tech Motorcars

Hi Tech Motorcars is a family-run automotive dealer group formed in 2016 who exclusively deals in luxury vehicles. Aston Martin, Audi, Porsche, Maserati, Infiniti, Alfa Romeo, Lotus, Rolls-Royce and Bentley are among the brands represented by our company.  This position will support our dealerships in Austin, TX and will office out of our Audi North Austin dealership.

Job Summary:

Hi Tech Motorcars is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Specialist to support the Marketing Director with brand initiatives across our luxury automotive dealership platform. This role blends marketing execution with hands-on event coordination, ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and collaborative—ready to grow their career while delivering standout guest experiences.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support development and rollout of marketing strategies for automotive products and dealership activations
• Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Stays informed on automotive trends and customer preferences to inform marketing efforts
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across all platforms with brand and dealership tone.
• Monitor engagement metrics to help Hi Tech Motorcars optimize future posts and identify opportunities for audience growth.

  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills both oral, written, and electronic.
• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and switch focus quickly
• Moderate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and all MS Office products
• A collaborative communication style
• Service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Comfortable utilizing social media relevant applications (Cap Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop etc.)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Able to work flexible hours including evening and weekends (as needed for events)
• Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  

 

 Education and Experience:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience or something similar, preferred
• Event Planning experience, preferred
• Project Management experience
• BA or BS in a related field is preferable
• Previous automotive dealership experience, preferred
