Social Media Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business and client objectives.Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for high-quality creatives.Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.Optimize campaigns based on insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or consulting firm.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).Basic understanding of paid social media advertising is a plus.Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience handling multiple brands or agency clients.Knowledge of content marketing and influencer collaborations.Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms.What We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse clients and industries.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive salary based on experience.Career growth and learning opportunities.
