About the role
You'll run Campfire's social presence and turn it into a real channel: the company voice on LinkedIn and YouTube, a credible presence in the Reddit communities where our buyers ask questions, and the executive and employee voices that make a B2B brand feel human. You'll own strategy, programming, community management and reporting, working closely with our content, video and influencer teams.
What you'll do
Own the social strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit, with channel goals tied to reach, engagement, community growth and assisted pipeline.
Program and publish daily: write posts, adapt video with the Content / Storytelling team, and run YouTube channel operations (titles, thumbnails, playlists, Shorts, community posts).
Build Campfire's Reddit approach with the SEO & AEO Manager: find the right communities, participate transparently and helpfully rather than promotionally, and track how that presence shows up in AI answers.
Run executive and employee social programs: ghostwriting and coaching for founders and leaders, employee advocacy, and launch amplification.
Own community management and social listening: respond, escalate, and route insights to Product, Product Marketing and Support.
Partner with Influencer Marketing on creator amplification and with Paid Media on organic-to-paid handoffs (boosting, thought-leader ads).
Report monthly on channel performance and what we learned, and test formats constantly.
What you'll bring
6+ years managing B2B social for a company or brand, with proof you've grown a channel and an audience.
Excellent short-form writing and a sharp eye for what works on LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit specifically; you know these are three different cultures.
Hands-on YouTube channel management (analytics, packaging, Shorts).
Reddit fluency: you understand subreddit norms and moderation, and how to build credibility without getting the brand banned.
Comfort working with video (briefing, light editing, captions) and with scheduling and listening tools.
Judgment and speed; you can handle a live moment or a tricky thread without escalating everything.
Nice to have
Experience building executive or founder personal brands.
Basic design skills (Figma or Canva) for on-brand templates.
An understanding of how social and community content influences AI-answer visibility.
What success looks like in 30 days
Channels and audience audited; social strategy, cadence and KPI framework published.
Executive social program live with at least two leaders.
Reddit playbook agreed with SEO & AEO and active participation under way.
