About the role

As the Social Media Strategy & Operations Lead, you will lead a dynamic team of social media specialists, creating and executing long-term social media strategies that amplify Constructor Knowledge’s brand and voice across various platforms. Your mission will include promoting Constructor University as well as other educational organizations within Constructor Knowledge’s portfolio while ensuring brand consistency, fostering engagement, and driving growth.

This role is ideal for an innovative leader passionate about education, storytelling, and digital communities, who can inspire a young team and navigate a global, multi-brand ecosystem.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, including strategy development and team leadership, preferably in education or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook) and their respective audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media presence, increasing engagement, and driving conversions.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a consistent brand voice and style across diverse channels.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
