Social Worker - Adult Generic Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Qualified Social Worker for its client’s Adult Generic Team, based at Isle of Anglesey. This is a locum role offering hybrid working, strong supervision, and a supportive team environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments and develop person‑centred care and support plans.
• Manage a varied caseload, including safeguarding adults, risk assessment, and complex decision‑making.
• Apply professional judgement in line with statutory duties, policies, and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with health partners, providers, and families to promote independence and ensure safe, effective support.
