About this role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Family help team at Birmingham.
What will your responsibilities be?
The role is for a family help team predominantly dealing with S17s and CIN work.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies.
- Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to promote best practices in child welfare.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
