Allied Health -  General Internal Medicine (GIM). Coverage area subject to change based on department needs
Reports to:  Allied Health Manager
Salary Range:  $43.47 to $54.34
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Week days and rotational weekends
Status: Temporary Full-Time (approx 18 months/ March 10, 2028) 
Closing Date: September 28, 2026

Position Summary 

This role focuses on assessing patients to determine their needs, developing and implementing intervention plans, and supporting meaningful changes in behavior, emotions, and environment. The position works closely with patients, families, and the interprofessional team, facilitates family and team meetings, and continually reassesses and adjusts care plans. It also involves coordinating with community agencies and managing applications and communication for Alternate Level of Care (ALC) placements.
