Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Older People's Mental Health Team at Oldham.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Completing Care Act assessments,
- Support Plans and Reviews,

- To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and promote the independence and wellbeing of residents of Oldham.
- Experience working in mental health preferred but not essential.
- Car user essential

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
