Social Worker - Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our client’s Adults Community Team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Deliver specialist assessments and interventions within the Adults Community Team, supporting clients with Autism, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and complex physical health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and COPDOL responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, checking employment history gaps, and verifying qualifications in line with JDPS standards.
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced duty system, engaging with clients, families, and multi‑disciplinary professionals to provide timely support and effective case management.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
