Social Worker - Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Safeguarding Team at Knowsley.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Completed Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, investigating concerns of abuse or neglect and ensuring adults at risk were protected in line with the Care Act 2014 and local safeguarding procedures.
• Managed a complex caseload within the Adults Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), undertaking assessments, risk management, care planning and multi-agency interventions.
• Acted as Duty Social Worker, screening referrals, gathering information from partner agencies and making timely decisions to safeguard vulnerable adults and support positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
