About this role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Experienced Social Workers and Advanced Social Workers for its client's Support & Safeguarding Team based in Chippenham and Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The Role
As a member of the Support & Safeguarding Team, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support.
- Contribute to court work and statutory processes where required.
- Support children to remain safely within their families wherever possible.

About You
We're looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
Requirements
- Social Work England registration.
- Recognised Social Work qualification.
- Completion of ASYE.
- Experience within Children's Social Care, Safeguarding, or Family Support Services.
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
