About the role

As Chief of Staff for the Software Organization, you will ensure the leadership team is working on the company's most critical priorities as part of effective cross-functional partnerships. You will drive key aspects of organizational maturity around training and onboarding of new engineering talent, key performance indicators, and well-aligned objectives and key results. You will work with the chiefs of staff of our partner organizations to ensure alignment and adoption of consistent processes and a unified operating model.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on engaging with public and private sector partners, and on how to communicate and negotiate to ensure success for both Muon and our customers. By taking on key initiatives and acting as a proxy for the Vice President of Software, you will free him to focus on long-term strategy, new capabilities and opportunities for innovation.

This position is hybrid and requires working on-site in our San Jose, CA office three days per week.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $203,000 - $230,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
