Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware and cross-functional teams to design and develop firmware, device drivers, middleware, SDKs, algorithms, toolchains, and related software components.
• Develop, debug, and optimize embedded software for ADI processors and DSP platforms.
• Analyze and improve software performance, memory efficiency, and system reliability.
• Provide technical support to customers and help resolve product and application issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with master’s degree in EE, CS, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer architecture.
• Foundational knowledge of embedded systems and processor architecture.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or familiarity in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

• Embedded Systems & Toolchain: Experience with ARM, RISC-V, DSP, Linux/RTOS, firmware, or compiler/toolchain development.
• AI / ML: Model training, inference, deployment, quantization, or optimization; familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
• AI-Assisted Development: Experience using AI coding tools for software development, debugging, testing, or optimization.
• Software Tools: Python, Git, CMake, debugging, profiling, or software automation tools.
