- Define technical strategies and contribute to the long-term roadmap, including integration of emerging AI technologies.
- Lead conversations with senior leadership.
- Actively participate in hiring, mentoring, and growing other engineers, and foster knowledge-sharing across the team and the broader organisation.
- Obtain and maintain AWS Certifications.
