About the Role
Are you an early career Software Technical Program Manager looking to work on the bleeding edge of AI hardware technology?

The successful candidate will lead strategic programs and initiatives that will deliver innovative software and process improvements to our worldwide production facilities.  They will work closely with our customers, product operations, and global production teams on the deliverables.  This is a high visibility role in the company and will be expected to work across organizations to achieve results. If you want to be a program manager who likes challenges and wants to grow your career to the next level for the industry leader in custom-built AI and server and cloud storage solutions, this position could be perfect for you!

 

What You Will Do
Join a fast-growing team of software and PM professionals and be a technical PM who will coordinate the efforts of the software development team. You will focus on key strategic initiatives including process improvement programs that deliver results.

What you Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, and 2+ years of experience in a software development, engineering or production environment (or a Masters and 0+ years of experience).
  • Software development experience is strongly desired
  • Hands-on experience with Jira is strongly desired
  • Strong cross-functional team management, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptive communication style
  • Good Project Management skills in developing schedules and tracking milestones, PMP certification preferred but not required
  • Effective communication to drive the program and provide clear updates

ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $75,750 - $110,000. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
