What you'll do
- Contribute to the modernization and decomposition of a large-scale legacy system supporting ATM surveillance operations.
- Design, develop and maintain reliable, high-availability back-end solutions using Java and modern software engineering practices.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain automated testing solutions, particularly using Java and Cucumber.
- Analyse operational and user requirements and translate them into clear software requirements and technical solutions.
- Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including software and system requirements, design documentation, test specifications and traceability records.
- Participate in verification and validation activities, including test preparation, execution, reporting, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Support certification, quality and compliance activities while contributing to continuous improvements in engineering processes and automation.

We are hiring a Software Engineer – ATM Surveillance Data Processing to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva.
You will contribute to the modernization of mission-critical Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems, with a strong focus on surveillance data processing. Working within an Agile and highly regulated environment, you will help transform legacy applications into a modern service-oriented architecture while ensuring high standards of reliability, quality and performance.
