Full description from employer

Join us as we launch a new engineering hub in Dublin, where you’ll shape the future of enterprise infrastructure. Here, you’ll lead a small, high-impact team and set the technical culture from the ground up. We work AI-native from day one, empowering you to focus on solving complex problems and driving innovation. Your leadership will influence engineering practices across the firm. If you’re passionate about building and want your work to scale, this is your opportunity.

As a Technical Lead in Infrastructure Platforms at JPMorgan Chase within our Dublin engineering hub, you will lead a small, senior team designing, building, and operating enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms. You will be a hands-on technical leader, owning production systems end-to-end, setting architecture and engineering standards, and fostering the growth of your team. You’ll work AI-native across the software development lifecycle, ensuring correctness, security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll be matched to a platform domain that fits your expertise and help establish our engineering culture.

You’ll have the opportunity to join one of several high-impact teams, each focused on building critical capabilities for the firm. Whether you’re engineering self-service agentic development environments, shaping a database-wide control plane, creating an enterprise data lake, automating end-to-end workflows, enhancing the discoverability of infrastructure assets, or advancing automation platforms, your work will drive innovation and scale across JPMorganChase. You’ll collaborate with talented peers, tackle complex technical challenges, and help define the future of our infrastructure platforms.

Why Join Us?
You’ll build a frontier engineering team from scratch, delivering outsized impact with a small, senior group. The patterns you set in Dublin—how AI-native teams design, build, and operate at enterprise scale—will influence engineering practices across the firm. We progress people based on the quality of their engineering and the impact of their decisions, not span of control.
