What you'll do

  • Develop, configure, and support software integrations between Exotec products and customer software ecosystems, including WMS, WCS, ERP, and other operational platforms.
  • Participate in the analysis of customer business and software requirements and contribute to the development of scalable integration solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot APIs, interfaces, data flows, and middleware components supporting warehouse automation deployments.
  • Create and maintain software development specifications, technical documentation, and functional analyses describing system behavior and integration workflows.
  • Support integration testing, system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities to ensure successful software deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, field commissioning, project management, and customer teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system integration.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues spanning software, databases, APIs, messaging systems, and warehouse automation environments.
  • Review functional requirements and technical specifications to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Support the handoff of new software functionality and integrations to operational, support, and customer teams.
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on software quality, deployment processes, testing practices, and engineering standards.
  • Provide on-site support at customer warehouse locations across North America as required.
