What you'll do
- Coordinate and perform vehicle software updates including OTA and service-level software deployments.
- Analyze vehicle electrical, networking, and software-related concerns.
- Review CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and vehicle communication logs.
- Coordinate software implementation activities across multiple regions and organizations.
- Creating reports on SW-updates and fleet coverage
- Provide weekly operational status reports and executive summaries.
- Support launch activities and vehicle readiness reviews.
- Drive issue resolution to closure and verify effectiveness of corrective actions

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- System Requirements Analysis & Tools (e.g. Doors)
- Communication Protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet)
- good communication skills as this person is in daily customer contact
- well presenting themself as soft skill
- Autonomy & Problem solving
- good English level in writing and oral (at least B2)
- practical experience working as intern or working student

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and perform vehicle software updates including OTA and service-level software deployments.

Onsite position: Troy, MI – USA (ALTEN Office)
Qualifications
