VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.

VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Solaris Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill Set required:

• 6+ years of experience in Administrating, Installing, Configuring, Commissioning, and migrating several platforms of UNIX Servers

• Should be an expert in UNIX technologies such as Solaris 8/9/10/11, Red-hat Linux, Sun cluster, SVM, Zones, ZFS, Containers, LVM, VMware, ESX 3.5 and Oracle Virtualization. 

• Should have hands on experience in Virtualization Technologies such as OVM and VMware vSphere 

• Hands on experience in UNIX Shell scripting  

• Experience in Designing Application Disaster Recovery plan [ADRP] on virtualization Environment will be an additional advantage.

• Experience in Symantec products such as VERITAS Cluster Server, VERITAS Volume Manager and Hitachi Storage System will be an added advantage

• Sun Certification will be an added advantage.

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems- Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
