Solidity Smart Contract Engineer Vacancy

RecruitBlock is recruiting a Solidity Smart Contract Engineer with a crypto start-up on a mission to become the de-facto platform for web3 passive investing.

Our clients’ decentralised application allows users to create and invest into baskets of crypto assets.

In this remote (Europe) Solidity Smart Contract Engineer role you will be joining a fast-paced and innovative start-up environment. You’ll be operating remotely and working alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team that is on a roadmap to go-live in Q2 2022 with a goal to provide uncomplicated access to crypto index products. Token options will be offered.

Role

✔ Core contributions to the solidity codebase.
✔ Interfacing with front-end team to ensure correct blockchain calls.
✔ Implementing research ideas and optimisations into our solidity codebase.
✔ Review, comment, improve and merge code from other members of the team.
✔ Work with other senior developers to manage and plan workflow on Jira.

Skills

✔ Proven Solidity experience and commercial programming experience.
✔  Comfortable working with ether.js, hardhat, web3.js.
✔  Proficient with git.
✔  Experience working with the codebases of core DeFi projects such as Yearn, AAVE, Compound and Uniswap.
✔  Good understanding of algorithms and versed in writing gas efficient code.
✔  Strong communication skills and a passion to build decentralised financial services products.
