Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning) and strong exposure to AI/GenAI technologies. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI workflows into enterprise Field Service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL)
- Architect Field Service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician enablement, and asset management
- Lead integration of Salesforce with AI/GenAI platforms using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and semantic search
- Build scalable integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures
- Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Work on agentic workflows, MCP protocols, and tool orchestration frameworks
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams for solution delivery
- Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution demos
- Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Systems
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and integration projects
- Experience with AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of data architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow (CSM/FSM) platforms
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-a-judge)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools
- Domain experience in Field Service, Customer Support, or Operations
