Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Solutions Specialist with strong B2B/SaaS sales experience to support our account management teams and drive revenue across our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy and technical enablement, spending the majority of their time closing deals while leveraging technical knowledge to support consultative conversations.

This is a 70% sales-focused role with a 30% technical component, supporting solution positioning, demos, and customer engagement across a broad portfolio of IT solutions.

The Role:

As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers to identify opportunities, influence deal strategy, and close both transactional and high-value sales. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes and value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with Account Managers to develop account strategies and close deals
  • Own and manage opportunities across the full sales cycle, from qualification to close
  • Deliver solution overviews, presentations, and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer business and technical needs
  • Articulate the value and commercial impact of solutions rather than just features
  • Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline across multiple accounts
  • Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to management
  • Coordinate internal technical and sales resources to support deal execution
  • Share customer insights and competitive intelligence to support continuous improvement
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

About you:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in B2B or SaaS inside sales
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Technical understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, or software platforms
  • Comfortable discussing topics such as applications, operating systems, and virtualised environments
  • Confident communicator with strong phone and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to build relationships across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience selling into MSPs or mid-sized IT organisations is advantageous
