What you'll do

  • Work as a key project technical resource with Riva’s top-tier enterprise clients, who have made significant investments in CRMs such as Financial Services Cloud, Government Cloud, and custom Salesforce solutions
  • Gather and document customer needs through functional and technical requirements
  • Use Riva to build unique customer solutions, produce work estimates, recommend, and negotiate designs that satisfy customer requirements
  • Build, prepare and test Riva software configured to answer customer needs based on solution design documents
  • Coordinate deployment activities with various stakeholders to various internal and customer environments, both on-premises and cloud
  • Develop a configured application prototype and conduct a client walkthrough to validate the configuration design and explore gap options
  • Troubleshoot and design solutions to challenges faced by customers and teammates in either customer, cloud, or local environments.
  • Work with Riva’s product and engineering team of developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
  • Identify risks, problems, solutions, and exercise independent decision making for issues within the workstream, and defaults to a more senior resource for decisions impacting the broader project team, product, or customer.
  • Meet and exceed resolution goals by solving tickets promptly, as escalated by clients and internal teams
  • Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.

  • Computing technology diploma or degree, a Microsoft MCSA, or other IT designations or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI assistants to support technical troubleshooting, documentation, automation, or solution design.
  • Administration and configuration level knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience as part of a technology consulting company.
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting.

The Riva team is growing, and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to provide innovative and creative solutions for our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, as the Solution Consultant, you will collaborate with some of the top FinTech companies from around the world! These companies are coming to Riva to ensure they realize the total value of their investment in Riva. Your expertise will shine as you guide our clients in deploying, configuring and optimizing Riva products that give them a 360-degree customer view and empower them to serve those customers with AI driven insight. You will be responsible for providing Riva installation, configuration, customization, and advanced engagement and support for Riva’s clients. You’ll get to work with a passionate, proactive team who will support you as you work through multiple interesting and complex projects.

More specifically, your duties will include:
