  • Independently manage Professional Services small-deal sourcing engagements in line with established sourcing processes, from requirements definition through contract signature.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, RFx events and bid evaluations, using Ariba where appropriate, and negotiate best-in-class commercial outcomes based on internal and external benchmarks.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Legal and Compliance, Finance, Tax and Procurement Operations, to secure approvals and progress transactions efficiently.
  • Draft, negotiate and administer NDAs, Task Orders, Statements of Work, schedules and, where required, master agreements, with a strong focus on execution, savings and risk management.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, including contractual compliance, payment disputes, renewals, extensions, price adjustments and other critical milestones.
  • Prepare deal documentation, analytics, performance metrics and management presentations covering progress, risks, commercial outcomes and opportunities for efficiency gains.

  • Excellent English verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across diverse regional and global teams.
  • Strong analytical, commercial and critical-thinking capability, including the ability to assess offers and business cases and present clear, quantified recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently, manage changing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Ariba are required

  • Proven success in sourcing across Asia and other regions, with experience supporting the US market preferred.

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director Professional Services Sourcing Manager to independently manage sourcing engagements, deliver commercially competitive outcomes and build trusted partnerships across the Firm.

This is a Director level position within the Sourcing / Procurement team.

What you'll do in the role:
