About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Manager to drive high-quality lead generation for premium and luxury real estate projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong channel partner ecosystem and deep understanding of the luxury housing segment, including HNI/UHNI clientele.
You will play a critical role in building a robust sourcing pipeline and enabling successful deal closures by collaborating closely with the closing team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand lead generation channels including brokers, channel partners (CPs), referrals, and digital platforms
- Build, manage, and nurture a strong network of channel partners, real estate consultants, and brokers
- Generate high-quality, qualified leads within the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)
- Conduct initial client interactions to understand requirements, preferences, and budget
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the closing team for conversion
- Track and analyze lead quality, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios
- Drive consistent pipeline generation aligned with business targets
Key Requirements:
- 4–8 years in real estate sourcing / channel sales / broker management
- Strong CP, broker, and consultant network in Pune
- Experience with ₹3 Cr+ ticket size transactions
- Exposure to luxury real estate and HNI/UHNI clients
- Background with reputed developers/IPCs preferred
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target-driven with high ownership mindset
- Graduate (mandatory) | Immediate joiners preferred
