As a Sourcing Professional - Buying/Procurement, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. You will also need to understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As a Sourcing Professional - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for:

·       Placing and following-up on POs. Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

·       Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, managing problems and scheduling changes including update of ERP and communications to stakeholders.

·       Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.

·       Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.

·       Managing cost targets and identify opportunities for reductions including pricing and inventory management.

·       Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a Bachelor in Mechanical or related majors.

·       Have 3 years of experience in Buying-Procurement, ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

·       Have good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.

·       Have good problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills.

·       Be a Team player, proactive attitude, flexible to meet tight deadlines and able to perform well under pressure.

·       Be available to travel up to 50% of the time.
