South Order Management Coordinator

Role Objective

Order Management Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end sales administration, order management, reporting, and credit support functions. The role acts as a central link between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customers, ensuring accurate order execution, improved business visibility, and proactive communication throughout the customer fulfilment process.

• Improved visibility of customer orders and backlog across the business.

• Enhanced communication between Internal Sales, External Sales, Operations, and Finance.

• Improved on-time delivery performance through proactive order tracking.

• Faster resolution of credit-related order delays.

• Accurate and timely reporting to support management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Changed ETA's on orders communicated to sales team

• Backlog ongoing review for FY

• Monthly Dispatch Details to sales team

• Creating installation PO's

• Installation Date Management

• Chasing installation invoices

• weekly Availability report

• Creating new Sold-To accounts in SAP

• Management of Internal Sales Inbox

• Completing PGI's once goods dispatched

• Drop dispatch notices into SFA and sharepoint

• Managing the credit released spreadsheet

• credit management with the sales team
